OUR QUALITY ASSURANCE

We take quality very seriously. Our project managers and QA professionals monitor and maintain quality at each process. In addition to following codes and conduct of ESOMAR, we also have the following quality control checks in place to ensure our clients receive the best possible deliverables.

  • Level 1 : Documented and audio-recorded interviewer briefing session by the Operations Manager and Project Manager.
  • Level 2 : Where recordings matter, with the consent of the respondent and as per ESOMAR, we provide them, for a significant portion of the sample.
  • Level 3 : Pictures can also be provided. These digital proofs are mostly required for mystery shopping visits.
  • Level 4 : 30% call back on all questionnaires submitted by every interviewer on the project.
  • Level 5 : Built in quality control and logic checks in the data entry program design for the project.
  • Level 6 : Interviewers selected according to type of research and client’s industry. Also, Interviewers are briefed before every project.
  • Level 7 : Data logic check and investigation by the project manager after data processing.

QUALITY ADHERANCE PROCEDURE

Audio Recordings & Pictures

  1. Where recordings and pictures matter and with the consent of the respondent, we provide audio recordings in a digital form for a significant portion of the sample.
  2. These digital proofs are mostly required for mystery shopping visits.

Back Checking

  1. A minimum of 30% from every interviewer’s work is checked
  2. 100% logic check done for key questions of the research
  3. 30% telephone callback with respondents who are randomly selection
  4. Achieved sample is monitored on regular basis to avoid over quota in any part of the sample structure.

Data Entry

  1. Quality control & data validation checks
  2. Data punching program designed according to questionnaire
  3. 15% of punched questionnaires randomly checked
  4. Project researcher checks tabulations for irregularities

  1. Interviewers selected according to type of research and client’s industry
